LEADERSHIP COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR ORGANISATIONS

Creating Cultures of Care, Connection and Courageous Leadership

When organisations face complexity, change, or growth, leadership becomes relational work - the work of conversations, trust, and shared purpose. Organisational leadership coaching offers space for senior leaders and teams to reflect, connect, and strengthen how they lead together, building lasting cultural change.

Supporting Whole-Organisation Leadership Development

Through partnership, organisations create:

  • A clear, shared purpose and vision

  • Stronger alignment across teams and functions

  • Honest conversations that build trust and psychological safety

  • Greater confidence in leading through complexity and change

  • Cultures where care, connection, and collaboration thrive

Tailored for Your Organisation’s Needs

Leadership development programmes are designed around your organisation’s unique context and ambition. Following an initial consultation, we co-create a coaching approach that may include:

  • Team leadership coaching

  • Facilitated group sessions

  • Walk and Talk sessions in nature

  • Online coaching for distributed teams

How Leadership Coaching for Organisations Works

What to Expect

The work begins with a conversation to understand your priorities, context and desired outcomes. Together, we map a path forward, with regular sessions providing space for reflection, practice, and growth. After an initial phase (typically three sessions), progress is reviewed and next steps agreed.

Confidentiality and Trust

Absolute confidentiality is at the heart of this work. Participants are supported to speak openly, knowing that conversations remain private and held with care. This trusted space allows for the kind of honest reflection and courageous dialogue that supports meaningful personal and organisational growth.

Locations

Coaching is offered both online and in-person with options for national and international teams. Sessions are shaped to meet leaders where they are, whether in the quiet of nature, within city spaces, or virtually across time zones. This flexible approach allows the work to support leaders and teams wherever they are.

“I am writing this appreciation review for Anni with utmost enthusiasm, having experienced several leadership sessions facilitated by her across various staff groups within our organisation.

What sets Anni apart is not just her knowledge, but the dynamic and engaging way she imparts it. Her energy is infectious, making her adept at connecting with groups of any size. Remarkably, she does so with humility, kindness, and genuine care. Anni is not just a leader herself; she is an expert in developing others. Her commitment to cultivating leadership skills in individuals is truly commendable.

If you are seeking a guide who combines expertise with genuine care for your leadership journey, Anni Townend is an exceptional choice.”

The Walk and Talk

In all of my work, I see first-hand how side-by-side conversations can facilitate a significant shift in perspective, allowing people to think deeply and move calmly through things. I’m a huge fan of the walk and talk, be that taking a moment to stroll round the block or striding through the countryside.

In my work, I create environments in which people feel safe to have the conversations that matter to them. An intentional side-by-side walk can help free up the body, mind, and spirit, enabling people to move through seemingly insurmountable challenges and lean into more courageous conversations.
