Coaching for Executive and Leadership teams

Build a more connected, courageous, and collaborative team - drive organisational change for the success of your business.

Executive Team Leadership Development

As a senior leader, you and your team will have my support to strengthen how you lead together. Together, we will build trust, clarity, and deeper connections. This work creates space for you to explore what it truly means to be a high-performing leadership team, leading not just within individual roles but as a collective, united in purpose.

There is great joy in witnessing teams grow in confidence, understanding, and care for one another. As you deepen your relationships, you build the capacity to collaborate with greater ease, recognising when to coordinate, when to partner, and when to fully lean into shared leadership. Over time, your commitment to each other, to your wider team, and to the organisation’s success becomes stronger and more wholehearted.

Strengthening Executive Teams Through Connection, Courage and Collaboration

For Boards, executive teams, and senior leadership groups, effective leadership depends on more than expertise. It relies on trust, relational confidence, and shared commitment to each other’s success. Executive team coaching creates the safe, spacious environment needed to build these foundations.

Co-creating a collaborative team

Through this work, senior teams:

  • Deepen trust and openness within the group

  • Build confidence to navigate complexity together

  • Strengthen shared purpose and collective leadership identity

  • Appreciate individual differences and shared values

  • Have courageous conversations that enable growth

  • Move from coordination to true collaboration

Walk and Talk: Coaching in Nature

Walk and Talk coaching is often integrated into executive team development. Walking side-by-side in the South Downs, city parks or urban spaces, leaders experience:

  • Fresh perspective and clearer thinking

  • More open, easy conversations

  • Calm movement through challenges and decisions

Nature creates the space for leaders to step out of daily demands and reconnect with their leadership presence.

My Approach to Leadership Team Coaching

What to Expect

Executive Team Leadership Coaching begins with a conversation to explore your team’s unique context, ambitions, and leadership challenges. From here, a tailored coaching plan is co-created. Sessions are offered online or in-person, with options for Walk and Talk coaching. After the initial phase, we review progress together, reflect on what’s emerging, and adjust the coaching focus as needed.

Confidentiality and Trust

Confidentiality sits at the heart of this work. You and your team are supported to speak openly, knowing that every conversation is held with care and discretion. This trusted space allows for the honest reflection and courageous dialogue needed to strengthen leadership and deepen trust within the team.

“Anni has been working with my senior leadership team over the last nine months as we have built a new team, grown our collective leadership, and matured our shared vision and priorities. Her sensitive, inquisitive, but also very dynamic, approach has really helped the team to grow our relationships and trust, and the group coaching is always a priority for us all. I am very grateful to have found a coach that aligns so well to our core values of openness, honesty, integrity, and kindness.”
