What is a Leadership Partner?

Delivered either individually or to teams within an organisation, I offer a powerful learning approach that creates self-awareness, helps drive transformational change, and provides critical challenge and support. Throughout the experience, I build an open and collaborative relationship, adapting delivery to fit the needs of busy executives.  

Through regular sessions (whether in-person or virtual), I get to the heart of your needs and develop a fully personalised approach to help you gain confidence and courage and create positive change in your organisation.

Executive leadership development

With more than 30 years’ experience as a leadership partner, I’ve helped many organisations and senior leaders to develop leadership potential. I can provide a variety of one-to-one, team and group leadership development mentoring experiences to co-create cultures of care and connection where people feel valued - able to be their best.


As an established facilitator and mentor, specialising in inclusivity and diversity of thought, I passionately believe in the power of collaboration. Together, we work to create a safe environment, harnessing open communication and courageous conversations to drive organisational change.

Executive Team Leadership Development

I partner with Chief Executives, Presidents and Vice Presidents, Senior Leaders and their teams, helping them develop their individual, team and collective leadership strengths. The partnership will begin with me listening and questioning to understand your context and ambition - not only for our work together, but also for your business.

Wider Organisational Leadership Development

Working with the full organisation to exact lasting change is an extremely powerful experience, for both the participants and myself. In large settings, with large numbers, I facilitate and create space for deep explorations that prompt active listening to one another. Sometimes co-led with another speaker, we have the capacity to take groups of over 120 people through this experience, so as to empower your entire organisation and open doors to change for everyone at the same time.

Individual Executive Development

Through one-to-one Individual Executive Development, you’ll have an opportunity to reflect on your leadership and grow deeper self awareness. In making space for reflection and holding courageous conversation, you feel encouraged to explore the things that might be holding you back, to ask for feedback and help, and to affirm your strengths:

Collaborative team leadership through conversation

Partnering with senior leaders and their teams is what I love. Building a relationship with the senior leader, supporting them and their team on what it means to be a 'high performing leadership team', what being a leader amongst leaders means, and, in particular, what it means to be a leadership team above and beyond each person's particular area of responsibility - that’s what brings me joy.

When meeting the CEO/most senior leader, questions I ask include: 'Why now?', 'What’s your ambition for the team, for the wider organisation, and for the future of the business'.

I like to understand the current reality to know what is missing or lacking. Through partnering with me, together we can harness your team’s strengths and differences using open conversation - inclusive dialogue and diversity of thought.

In this way, they grow, learn, and collaborate when they need to (not just when they’re together!); they’ll know when to cooperate or coordinate, based on having developed a greater understanding of each other. Ultimately, they’ll have deeper trust and a commitment to each others' success and the wider team and company.

Courageous leadership through greater self awareness
