Executive teams are responsible and accountable for a lot.
Leaders amongst leaders, they navigate multiple belongings.
They belong to the executive team; they have their own team, as well as working with and across functions. Decision-making and problem-solving hinge on the executive team trusting and having confidence in each other. Together, they lead and shape the culture of their organisation.
I work with teams to create a safe environment in which they can have open conversations, building trust and confidence in each other.
